Title: Sr Manager Project Controls

KBR is looking for a Project Controls Manager.
As a Project Controls Manager at KBR, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development of the project baseline across scope, time, cost, risk, and quality for a development or delivery area of the KBR Programme. You will provide strategic insight and analysis of performance against the baseline, highlighting trends, risks, or opportunities to support decision-making. The role also involves coordinating and supporting controls governance and change management to ensure all impacts to the baseline are assessed and managed.
About The Role
1. Develop and maintain an integrated programme baseline across scope, time, cost, risk, and quality, and track performance for projects and contracts.
2. Create and maintain programme management control processes.
3. Develop and maintain data interfaces and standards from company contractor tools at contractor boundaries.
4. Manage and coordinate project controls activities within the supply chain to ensure accuracy and quality of cost, risk, and schedule data.
5. Analyze data and reports to provide insights and trends on performance and risks to support decision-making.
6. Manage periodic correlation of schedule, cost, quality, and risk to drive programme delivery and performance, including inputting cost data into systems.
7. Review supply chain programme submissions and update client schedules.
8. Manage risks for a development or delivery area, leveraging SME advice and technical knowledge to respond to delays and challenges.
9. Coordinate and manage change management processes, ensuring impacts to the baseline are assessed and managed.
10. Manage communication of the reporting cycle, ensuring compliance and sharing lessons within the Project Controls community.
11. Ensure adherence to Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Controls policies, processes, and standards.
12. Provide line management, performance management, and objective setting support to direct reports.
About You:
Skills: Clear direction, stakeholder management, effective communication, influencing & negotiating, facilitation, problem-solving, data analysis and presentation.
Knowledge: Core Project Controls disciplines, baseline development, project and commercial management principles, NEC contracts.
Experience: Managing project controls on major projects, overseeing multi-contractor teams, using project controls systems like Primavera P6, influencing governance forums.
