This is a 12-month maternity cover role, working 36.75 hours per week on night shifts, offering a competitive salary of £38,900 per year. What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) and valid UK NMC Pin. Previous experience in a nursing home environment. Strong clinical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents during night shifts. Use strong clinical knowledge to assess, plan, and implement care plans. Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Lead and support care staff, ensuring best practice is followed at all times. Respond promptly and effectively to residents’ health needs. Work in partnership with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Promote dignity, choice, and independence for every resident.
