We’re looking for a commercially sharp, people-focused Sales & Marketing Director to drive profitable growth and develop a high-performing team. The Role As Sales & Marketing Director, you will lead a multi-discipline commercial team and be responsible for driving profitable growth and margin improvement across the business. This is a hands-on senior leadership role: you will set the commercial direction, lead from the front, and work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce and Operations to convert market opportunity into sustainable revenue. Key Responsibilities Team objective to be determined by the successful applicant and agreed with the Managing Director. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of six direct reports across external sales, internal sales, channel and marketing. Own and deliver the sales strategy with profit and margin at the heart of decision-making. Drive financial results and take responsibility for cost control within your cost centre. Identify and develop new markets and commercial opportunities across the UK. Shape pricing strategy, commercial terms and key customer relationships. Work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce and Operations to grow revenue, market share and commercial capability.
