Are you passionate about driving change and delivering value through effective project governance? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Division on a 12-Month Fixed-term basis, This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a largescale Group Technology transformation, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across our business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the PMO Leadership Team with governance, controls and process development
* Collaborating with embedded PMOs to ensure consistent application of project management standards
* Producing and reviewing monthly reporting packs for senior stakeholders
* Analysing financial data and supporting budget planning and forecasting
* Coordinating resource supply and demand to optimise utilisation
* Performing data quality checks and identifying opportunities for automation
* Leading process improvement initiatives and mentoring junior analysts
* Implementing governance and reporting aligned with Consumer Duty requirements
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Demonstrating experience in a central PMO environment
* Applying knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Using Microsoft Office tools confidently, especially Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
* Understanding financial data and its impact on project viability
* Identifying and implementing process improvements
* Collaborating across teams with strong interpersonal skills
* Holding or working towards a P3O or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential)
