McCarthy & Stone are recruiting a professional Care Supervisor to join the team at our prestigious Bowles Court development in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
Pay and Hours
Hourly rate: £15.24 per hour for day shifts and £12.24 per hour for sleeping night shifts. Plus receive an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Hours: 33.5 per week (mix of day and sleeping night shifts). Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or 16:15 to 09:30. Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am. Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00 and 07:00 providing emergency support only during that period.

About You
* Warm, friendly, organized, and self‑motivated with experience in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
* Wants to work in Health and Social Care sector and preferably has QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification; alternative qualifications are considered.
* Ready to manage the security of the development and oversee Care and Support teams.
* Can coordinate and facilitate activities to strengthen community spirit.
* Driven to grow skills, lead by example and think on their feet.
* Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
