Your Daily Responsibilities:
* Engage with stakeholders across cultures and diverse groups.
* Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

* Apply data analysis and statistical skills.
* Develop strategic direction for customer touchpoints.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Experience leading service departments.
* Ownership of customer experience metrics.
* Ability to work with international teams across countries and cultures.
* Experience with customer journey strategies and process management.
