Job Description:
The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.
The responsibilities include managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching projects, requiring a dedicated point of contact for each specialist area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The role involves planning and coordinating work to support clients across all media globally, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Effective communication with team members and managers is essential to keep projects on track and within budget.
Accountabilities:
* Manage briefs from all business areas, oversee delivery of all image assets
* Build positive relationships within the team
* Understand client challenges and priorities
* Contribute to strategy and planning discussions
* Maintain communication with Creative and Commercial Managers
* Assess the feasibility of briefs based on requirements, time, and resources
* Learn client systems, review, and production processes
* Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of work
* Keep team updated on project statuses
* Motivate team during high-pressure periods
* Ensure quality and accuracy of incoming briefs
* Coordinate with brief owners to gather necessary assets
* Act as liaison between the Image team and other departments
* Manage accounts system, including raising PO’s and handling invoices
Skills:
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably in CG or Photography. A keen interest in these areas is beneficial. The candidate should be proactive, a decision-maker, an effective communicator, problem-solver, and maintain a positive attitude. Software knowledge is a plus to enhance understanding and confidence in timings and processes.
