Oxford | Competitive Salary (based on experience) | 40 hours/week
Monday–Friday | Immediate Start
Are you passionate about developing and communicating powerful brand narratives? Join our growing e-commerce brand in Oxford as we ship personalised journals across the UK and worldwide.
Wykeham's is a fast-growing, personalised stationery brand with big ambitions. We're deeply committed to creating a profound writing experience for our customers. We are currently a two-person team in need of help to keep our customers happy.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to work across creative, marketing and brand strategy. This role will primarily focus on: developing engaging content across our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), assisting with paid advertising campaigns and the creation of ad content, developing strong campaign concepts, and assisting with ad hoc design asks, including logo development and email design.
The objective should be to support long-term growth and distinguish our position in-market. An understanding of social media and graphic design are crucial to ensure the brand identity remains refined and confident across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do
Assist in build-out and execution of a creative content calendar with the objective of expanding Wykeham's audience bases on social media via regular posting.
Create daily posts for the Wykeham's Instagram and TikTok accounts using a mixture of photography and creative software
· Be able to create content and imagery ad hoc on Adobe Express (or other creative software) for other Wykeham's touchpoints such as the website blog, EDMs, and the company website.
· Monitor cultural and design trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive – an interest in photography and trying new things is preferred.
· Utilise Klaviyo to send out weekly EDMs to our customer base. Research relevant and informative content to share with our customers which adds genuine value.
· Assist in the creation of advertising assets for use across Meta campaigns.
· Spearhead thoughtful research into our audience base: build out audience profiles and provide recommendations on new strategies to bolster engagement
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Head of Brand and Head of Operations to ensure smooth running of the business day to day.
