Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact
* Prepare and review statutory accounts, tax returns, and management accounts
* Provide proactive financial advice and support to clients
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
* Coordinate with other team members to deliver seamless client service
* Identify opportunities for business development and client growth
* Mentor and support junior staff members
About You
1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent)
2. Proven experience in a client-facing accounting role within a practice environment
3. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and compliance
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
