Support Worker

We are looking for a Support worker to join our team at our service in Telford.

You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
Working to maintain a high level of support that's required for the service needs.
Personal care will be required.
This is within a supported living service of 13, and they all have their own self-contained flat.
Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
Experience in care sector is essential.
