Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted client lead, managing complex portfolios, responding to queries independently and identifying new business opportunities
* Deliver strong commercial performance through effective WIP, pricing, utilisation and workflow management
* Provide technical leadership across complex corporation tax and advisory work, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and high-quality outputs
* Lead, develop and empower teams through coaching, delegation, training and active involvement in recruitment and people management
* Drive efficiency, innovation and values-led behaviour, championing improved ways of working and taking ownership of departmental initiatives
Requirements
* CTA/ACA/ACCA/ATT or equivalent qualified
* Previous experience within Corporate tax in a practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of Corporate Tax
