What you'll be doing
Manage the performance of 3 to 5 Travel Money shops within your area. Lead by example in engaging with customers, promoting products, and achieving targets. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with policies. Build relationships with colleagues, develop marketing ideas, and report to the Area Manager. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, preferably with experience in foreign exchange, travel, or banking sectors.
Who you are
Proactive, resilient, and customer-focused leader with experience in relevant environments. Skilled in managing multiple shops, setting targets, and coaching teams. Organized, detail-oriented, and compliant with policies. Excellent communicator with analytical problem-solving skills.
