Role Responsibilities
* Supervise day‑to‑day groundwork operations on site
* Manage gangs and subcontractors
* Oversee all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, foundations, kerbing, slabbing, roads & infrastructure, concrete works, and excavations
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
* Coordinate site activities and report progress
* Liaise with site management and clients
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Groundworks Supervisor or Manager
* Strong background in all aspects of groundworks
* SSSTS / SMSTS preferred
* CSCS card required
* Ability to lead teams and manage workloads effectively
* Good communication and organisational skills
Offer
£230 – £290 per day
Outside IR35
