We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide residents with a detailed care plan, and assist with all aspects of personal care during the day. Ensuring the residents maintain independence and dignity, using a person-centred approach.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. To provide the care detailed in the residents individualised care plan using a person-centred approach.
2. Supporting residents with all aspects of personal care whilst maintaining and promoting independence and ensuring privacy and respect.
3. Support and assist residents with their meals as required in a dignified and respectful manner ensuring that a pleasant and calm atmosphere is maintained.
4. To identify and meet the social, emotional and cultural needs of residents and participate in the organisation of person-centred engagement.
