Project Coordinator
Location: Yeadon
Salary: £30,000

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator looking to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join a growing company specialising in commercial interiors. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating projects, managing schedules, and supporting delivery teams to ensure smooth operations across multiple sites.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of project activity—ensuring everything runs on time, records are accurate, and communication flows clearly between teams and subcontractors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, problem-solving, and helping to streamline processes in a busy, hands-on environment.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain accurate subcontractor records including DBS checks, SCAF forms, and insurance documentation.

*

Source new subcontractors as needed to meet project demands.

*

Keep project trackers and scheduling software (e.g. Simpro) up to date with live data.

*

Coordinate daily with subcontractors and project managers to ensure seamless site operations.

*

Gather daily site reports and proactively resolve any gaps or overlaps in labour allocation.

*

Contribute to the development of systems that improve overall project efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

Strong Project Coordinator or scheduling experience, ideally in a similar setting.

*

Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

*

Proficiency with project or scheduling tools such as Simpro or comparable software.

*

Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.

*

Able to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
