In this varied role, you will take a more active role in project delivery, working on multiple projects across Building Services/HVAC. You will be responsible for producing design work, carrying out calculations, and supporting equipment selection, while collaborating closely with senior engineers and mentoring more junior team members where appropriate.
This role would suit a Graduate Design Engineer or similar from a Building Services, HVAC, MEP, or similar degree/background, who is looking to develop their technical expertise and progress within a supportive and fast-growing company.
The Role:
* Contribute to the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion
* Produce design calculations and technical drawings
* Assist with and review equipment selection and system design
* Work across multiple Building Services/HVAC projects
* Collaborate with senior engineers and wider project teams
* Support and mentor junior/graduate engineers where appropriate
The Person:
* Design Engineer with 2–5 years’ experience (or similar)
* Background in Building Services, HVAC, MEP, or related field
* Experience using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, SolidWorks)
* Good understanding of design calculations and engineering principles
* Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to development
