We are currently hiring a Project Support Coordinator to join their high-performing delivery team based in NE England. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience in an engineering or industrial environment, offering a great opportunity to play a central role in supporting complex, high-impact infrastructure projects (from materials procurement to documentation management and logistics coordination, your contributions will be essential to keeping project timelines on track and stakeholders aligned). Responsibilities: Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams delivering LV/MV/HV systems for UK grid clients. Support procurement, supplier liaison, cost tracking, and inventory management. Maintain project data and documentation across SharePoint and internal systems Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions. Oversee logistics including couriers, PPE, and site materials with Goods Inwards. Manage project tracking systems (e.g., Solution NG NCC, OPW VAM portal). Assist with budget monitoring and reporting in collaboration with engineering and finance teams. Attend planning meetings to align hardware availability with project timelines. Liaise with procurement, EHS, and finance to meet project and compliance needs. Requirements: Experience in a project support, administration, or coordination role within engineering, utilities, or industrial settings is preferred. Familiarity with SharePoint Modern Sites and file management practices. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and confident working with networked systems. Holds a valid UK driving licence for occasional travel to customer and company locations. Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
