Job Description
What you’ll do?
CCH is in search of a caring and empathetic Support Worker to provide dedicated support to the local people of Crook, County Durham, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.
We proudly deliver reablement care in partnership with the Durham County Council. This means you'll work with same clients over a six-week period, supporting their recovery and rehabilitation journey. You'll build meaningful connections, witness real progress and be part of something truly rewarding.
As an integral member of CCH, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care.
You will:
4. Support people to stay independent in their own homes
5. Provide personal care with dignity and respect
6. Offer companionship and reassurance
7. Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtimes
