We are currently recruiting for a Young Person Support Worker to work for a rewarding Charity who provide practical help and personalised support through their education, housing, justice and health and wellbeing services. This role will be part of the Youth Support Team supporting young people aged 16-21 and will be based in Boston supporting service users on the essential living skills required for them to move on independently and live happily, settled and safe within the community. £19.50 per hour via umbrella company 35 hours per week Shift Rota - 4 week rota, working 8hr shifts covering between 8am-11pm including some weekends with days off during the week. The main purpose of this role will be to offer support to a 16-21 on a one to one basis as part of the intensive needs support team to work with young people to ensure they develop the skills to live independently. You will work with people to progress cases towards independence. You will work to a support plan aiming for short, medium and long term goals as well as building confidence and independence Candidates must have a driving license and car.
