The opportunity
Reporting to the Partnership Services Team Leader, the primary purpose of role is to proactively own and manage high quality protection and GI advice following the Openwork Sales Process guidelines.
Managing communications with clients, advisers, and 3rd party contacts.
Follow workflows and accurate complete CRM and submission records.
This is a high performance, high profile, sales focused role.
Key Accountabilities:
1. To demonstrate an excellent and comprehensive up to date knowledge of existing Openwork Protection & GI product suite.
2. To identify customer needs and provide accurate and compliant advice relevant to customer’s individual situation through professional and confident communication.
3. To pro-actively follow up pipeline cases proactively and timely to establish a case resolution Ensuring that all cases follow the Openwork’s T&C Framework.
4. To be responsible for the end to end advice process.
What will you need to succeed?
5. Essential | 1yrs+ experience in Protection advice
6. Desirable | RO5 or equivalent (Studying for)
7. Desirable | GI sales experience
8. A clear communicator who can engage clients over the phone
9. Proven track record as a protection adviser, exceeding quality and income targets
10. Exceptional telephone sales skills
11. Ability to work to pre-determined deadlines in a fast paced, target driven environment
12. Self-motivated with ability to work within a team
13. A result orientated individual with drive, determination and a great deal of integrity
14. Knowledge of Financial Services products and advice guidelines including Protection is essential
15. Essential | Customer engagement skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)
16. Listening and being able to build relationships at point of contact
17. Demonstrate real enthusiasm and have a persuasive ability
18. Self-motivated and organised
19. Punctual and reliable
20. Flexible in working hours
