Responsibilities
* Support the School’s People and Payroll services and develop iTrent functions such as Employee Self‑Service and People Manager.
* Day‑to‑day running and ongoing development of the School’s people‑related systems with a primary focus on the continued integration and expansion of iTrent.
* Respond to iTrent‑related problems, find solutions, and maintain data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
* Develop and run regular reports on the School’s people data.
* Design and recommend changes to existing processes to make them fit for the future.
Qualifications
* Experience and knowledge of iTrent essential, either as a Systems Administrator or through experience as a member of HR and әмәл.
* Excellent IT, problem‑solving skills and efficient accuracy.
* Strong communicator capable of building effective working relationships.
* Understanding of confidentiality and data protection in the context of human้อน.
