Robert Half are recruiting for a Finance Manager to work for a technology company based in London for a 3 month contract.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
* Lead intercompany accounting and ensure accurate timely multi entity reporting, including supporting process build out for our new German entity.
* Oversee payroll and benefits processing, incl. commissions, pensions, payroll journals and annual submissions - BIK, P11D/PSA. Experience with US payroll is highly beneficial.
* Manage UK and German VAT returns and regulatory submissions, alongside US tax submission.
* Oversee Accounts Payable, payment runs, and expenses, while driving improvements to streamline and speed up AP processes.
* Maintain and strengthen financial controls and cash flow visibility, while scaling month‑end processes.
* Partner with teams across the business to improve cross-functional processes and support operational decisions.
* Support system enhancements and automation initiatives, to streamline workflows.
