Salary:
* Unqualified: Starting at £24,604.58, with potential earnings up to £32,348.58 including sleep-in shifts.
* Qualified: Starting at £27,107.08, with potential earnings up to £34,851.08 including sleep-in shifts.

We are on the lookout for passionate Residential Support Workers to join our vibrant team in Bournemouth. Here, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care packages tailored to the unique needs of each child and young adult. With us, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values your individuality and growth.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Support children and young people, understanding the unique challenges they face.
* Work flexible shifts, including 7 x 24-hour shifts with sleep-ins over a 3-week rotation.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of our young people.
* Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with the children.
* Collaborate effectively within a team, accepting guidance and direction.
* Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.
* Hold or be willing to work towards a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent.
* Possess a full UK driving license and a car for travel purposes.
* Exhibit excellent communication and listening skills.
* Be eager to learn and grow within your role.
* Complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us).
* Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder or Youth Work is a plus!
