Desktop Support Engineer
Location: London Bridge | Salary: £25,400 per annum | Employment type: Full-time, Office-based
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at our London Bridge office. We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in IT support within a fast-paced environment, with real opportunities to develop into 3rd line support and cybersecurity.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal and external clients
* Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac environments
* Setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripherals
* Managing user accounts and permissions
* Logging and tracking issues through a helpdesk ticketing system
* Visiting client sites as required to deliver on-site support
* Escalating complex issues where necessary
* Supporting the wider IT team on 3rd line projects as you develop
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role (essential)
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS and Microsoft 365
* Comfortable travelling to client sites when required
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
* A proactive, can‑do attitude with a hunger to keep learning

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30 min unpaid lunch break)
