About this Role
Are you ready to step into a fast-paced admin support role with real purpose? As our next Commercial Support Administrator in Brighouse, you’ll be the go-to person supporting both our Commercial and Operations teams in the EMC division. This is a hands-on, people-first role, perfect if you enjoy problem solving, data handling, and talking to customers.
You’ll work on everything from processing warranty claims to managing recharges and customer queries. If you’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a supportive team environment, this could be your next step.
* Be the first point of contact for customer queries around recharges and warranties
* Process recharges accurately and liaise with Finance for timely invoicing
* Submit and follow up on warranty claims with manufacturers
* Collaborate with departments to investigate and resolve queries
* Provide general admin support including job card processing, parts invoices, filing and data entry
About You
You’re someone who enjoys structure, solves problems calmly, and has a natural talent for getting things done efficiently. You might have worked in admin before or you're ready to bring your transferable skills into a new sector. Either way, we’re more interested in your attitude than ticking every box.
