About the Role: Positive Behaviour Intervention The Behaviour Mentor plays a crucial role in creating a safe, calm, and orderly learning environment. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap for students facing challenges related to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH), trauma, or complex behaviour. Core Responsibilities: 1:1 and Small Group Mentoring: Deliver structured 1:1 mentoring and targeted intervention sessions to students with identified behavioural needs, focusing on emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and developing coping mechanisms.
