Description
The role of Head of Procurement will be responsible for:
Full strategic and operational responsibility for sourcing raw materials, packaging, technical components, contracted services, and energy.
Identification, qualification, and selection of suitable suppliers domestically and internationally.
Conducting price and contract negotiations while ensuring quality, reliability, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
Establishing, maintaining, and renegotiating framework agreements, including regular cost reviews. * Building and managing a professional supplier management system, including performance evaluation and cost analysis
Close collaboration with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Finance to ensure material availability and compliance with quality standards.
Building a high-performing procurement organization with future leadership responsibility for an international team.

A successful Head of Procurement should have:
Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management.
