Overview
Medical Education Administrator (Undergraduate) – NHS Scotland. There are 2x permanent posts available on a full-time basis. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, office hours. The posts are based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and will provide support across NHSGGC sites as required.
Responsibilities
* Organise and deliver undergraduate medical education within NHSGGC; provide administrative support to undergraduate and postgraduate education streams.
* Utilise administrative systems (paper-based and electronic) to support implementation, monitoring and maintenance of high standards of educational practice.
Qualifications and experience
* Educated to HNC level or equivalent, or have relevant equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
* Previous NHS experience in a role requiring a high level of responsiveness and customer care.
* Experience in medical education or a similar environment; experience in supporting delivery of teaching/training where virtual methods are the primary route.
* Willingness and ability to travel to and between NHSGGC sites.
