Contract: Permanent (6-month probation)
Reporting to: Group Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM (Office-based, with travel as required)

What You'll Do:
· Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
· Proactively engage customers to understand their needs, resolve challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
· Manage contract renewals, negotiate terms, and drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
· Analyse customer data to spot trends, improve experiences, and report on performance.
· Collaborate across teams, sharing insights and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
· Represent Exel at industry events and contribute to our digital presence.
What You'll Bring:

With proven experience in account management and expertise in CRM tools (ideally HubSpot), you excel at building strong relationships and driving results. Your collaborative approach enables you to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, championing customer needs while clearly communicating the value of Exel to clients and prospects.
