Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
Location: Warwickshire (office-based)
Hours: Mon–Thurs 9–5, Fri early finish (because balance matters)
Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
📧 Emails people want to open
* Create engaging email campaigns for launches, promos, and key moments
* Help build automated journeys like welcome flows and abandoned carts
* Test subject lines, content, and timing to improve performance
* Track results and spot opportunities to grow
🛍 Making the website shine
* Keep the Shopify store fresh, on-brand, and easy to shop
* Upload products, build collections, and support launches
* Improve the customer journey and boost conversions
* Use data to understand what’s working
📈 Growing the brand
* Support paid ads across Meta & Google
* Get involved in SEO and content improvements
* Help keep marketing consistent and creative
