About The Role
We welcome applications from those currently working as Catering Managers, Store Managers, Restaurant Managers, or experienced Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Deputy Managers seeking career progression. Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
Your main responsibilities include ensuring the store's success through sales, profitability, customer service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Recruiting, inducting, and training staff in line with Subway's standards, leading by example
* Creating and managing staff schedules
* Checking deliveries, matching orders, and managing daily banking
* Preparing stock and sales paperwork, employee pay, and timesheets
* Managing cash balances and minimizing wastage
* Ensuring 100% compliance with Subway and local guidelines
* Managing inventory, stock control, weekly stock takes, and reports
* Analyzing sales and inventory reports to improve business performance
* Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
* Implementing in-store marketing and promotional materials
* Ensuring safety procedures are followed to prevent injuries
* Providing a safe environment for staff and customers
* Promoting high customer service standards among staff
* Handling escalated customer complaints effectively
* Delivering excellent service in all product, sales, and customer interactions
