The role: A family‑run waste management company is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and build long‑term client relationships. You'll identify new opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and work closely with internal teams to der a first‑class service. The person requirements
* You need a door knocking background in a B2C or B2B environment
* You could be looking for your next career move from telesales or you are currently in an office sales based role wanting the next step in to field sales.
* You'll need strong sales skills, confidence managing the full sales cycle, and experience in relationship management.
* Industry experience is an advantage, along with solid communication and strategic planning abilities.
Package: £30-35k basic, £400pcm car allowance, £50k OTE, mobile phone, laptop, pension, 25 days holiday.
