What you'll do
Join a rewarding role providing 1:1 care for a young person with a spinal cord injury in their family home. You'll play a vital part in ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence, supporting them to enjoy everyday activities like reading, watching films, and listening to music.
Key Responsibilities:
* Personal care, bowel management, and catheter care
* Driving to appointments and outings
* Supporting daily routines and interests
We're looking for a confident, compassionate, and reliable care professional who builds strong relationships and delivers high-quality, person-centred care. Empathy and enthusiasm are essential.
Animal lovers are welcome as the family has a friendly pet dog.

What you'll need
You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role, as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You’ll receive full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support to develop skills in various areas.
