The consultant will provide functional expertise, translate business requirements into SAP solutions, and ensure effective resource planning and scheduling across operations.

Key Deliverables
* Lead workshops and gather business requirements for SAP MRS in Utilities environments.
* Configure and maintain SAP MRS for planning and scheduling of field service and operational resources.
* Support AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping, ensuring alignment with SAP PM, CS, and Field Service processes.
* Provide end-to-end functional support including integration with SAP PM/CS, resource skill matching, and workload leveling.
Background
1. Hands-on experience as an SAP MRS Functional Consultant, ideally in Energy, Water, or Gas.
