What You'll Do
1. Be the first point of contact for a variety of customer queries via phone and email
2. Handle orders, updates, delivery queries, billing issues, and general service enquiries
3. Accurately manage and update customer information across systems
4. Provide thoughtful, solution-focused support, including for customers in vulnerable situations
5. Resolve customer issues independently wherever possible, escalating only when necessary
