We design and manufacture our own innovative flow and level monitoring systems, backed by robust data services and a dedicated in-house team.
We're looking for a Junior Flow Survey Analyst to join us in delivering the insights that keep our clients informed and their networks running smoothly.
More about the role:
As a Junior Flow Survey Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data that drives our clients' decisions. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Analyse incoming flow and level data using an appropriate data platform to derive actionable insights and conclusions.
* Post-installation validation.
* Identify trends and anomalies, at both full fleet and individual site level.
* Interim reporting to the Client.
* Internal reporting on fleet health and site visit statistics.
* Update databases with new installations of monitoring equipment and record follow-up site activity. Ensure records are kept up to date with all site visits and actions taken.
* Facilitate metadata transfer to an appropriate data platform to ensure the client has access to their flow/level data.
* Act as a contact point for the client and respond to any queries raised. Act as a contact point for Field Service Technicians with on-site data queries.
About you:
* A degree in Environmental Science, Maths or other related field.
* Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Excel and confidence working with data platforms.
* Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
* A self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in a similar role is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
* Right to work in the UK is essential.
