What does the role entail?
* Long term resource planning – maintain staff rosters, schedule training and manage leave
* Update various IT systems used for payroll and resource planning
* Generate daily reports for site managers and upload new employees to the payroll system
* Work through a shared inbox, responding to queries and handling requests
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and agencies face to face, as well as by phone and email
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administration role (essential)
* Strong IT skills and proficient use of basic Excel (essential)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills – calm, friendly and professional
* Organised with the ability to respond quickly and accurately to situations
Security / Compliance
* Be able to provide 5 years of address history
* Be able to provide 5 years of reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
* Obtain a full airside ID
