Job Summary
Primary Care 24 (PC24) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join as Head of Nursing / AHP for Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) and Community Services. We seek a clinical leader with skills to ensure high standards of evidence-based, safe, and quality care in a challenging environment.

Key Details
* Salary: £53,755 to £72,636 annually plus NHS pension
* Contract: Permanent, Full-time
* Location: 4-6 Enterprise Way, Wavertree Technology Park, Liverpool
Responsibilities
* Lead clinical practice ensuring evidence-based, safe, and high-quality care across services, especially IUC and Community Services.
* Provide professional leadership to registered and non-registered staff.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on service transformation and clinical pathway development.
Candidate Requirements
* Registered Nurse / Advanced Clinical Pharmacist / Advanced Paramedic Practitioner / Physiotherapist with valid PIN.
* MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent experience.
* Non-medical independent prescriber (V300).
* Significant clinical leadership experience as a senior leader.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Team-focused and credible professional approach.
