We are seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join our well-established and highly regarded firm based in Woking, Surrey. The Role
\nAs a Graduate Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of residential and commercial surveys and valuations, with a particular focus on loan security valuations. You will work closely with senior surveyors, developing both technical knowledge and practical skills while progressing through your RICS pathway.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with residential and commercial property surveys Supporting valuation work for a variety of property types Involvement in development site appraisals and feasibility assessments Preparing reports and assisting with client instructions Attending site inspections and client meetings Working towards RICS APC requirements with structured support and mentoring
