Your new role
Your new job from January 2026 will be working on a full-time basis in a primary school within Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford Upon Avon, Alcester or Shipston. The year group will be dependent on where you feel your strengths are as a teacher, as I will get a wide range of roles from Reception - Year 6.
You will be responsible for taking on full class responsibility, including planning, marking, assessing the children and providing feedback. As well as building excellent relationships with children, staff, parents and carers. You will need to create an environment that is inclusive and somewhere children feel safe to flourish.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this new job, you must be available on a full-time basis from January 2026 and be happy to take on full class responsibility with the roles mentioned above. You must be available to interview over theing weeks and months to ensure that you are ready to start in January 2026. Please apply if you consider yourself an early years specialist, key stage 1 or key stage 2 teacher, as well as those happy to cover from Reception – Year 6.
