Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work. The Building and Party Wall Surveyor will conduct building surveys and condition assessments, prepare feasibility studies, and manage contracts. The role also includes handling dilapidation reports and party wall matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering tailored solutions to clients' needs.

Qualifications
* Proficiency in Building Surveying and conducting Condition Surveys
* Experience in preparing Feasibility Studies and providing detailed property assessments
* Knowledgeable in Contract Management and project coordination
* Skill in handling Dilapidations and related property matters
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with clients and team members
* Accreditation or membership with a professional body such as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is an advantage
* Previous experience in party wall matters is desirable
