Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in various software applications and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties include but not limited to;
* Assist the Director as and when required
* HR
* Health and Safety
* Organise and keep record of training
* Assist with clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
* Provide Customer Services to key accounts
* Manage correspondence, including phone calls and emails
Experience
* Previous administrative or office experience is essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Demonstrated clerical experience that showcases your ability to manage office functions efficiently.
