Responsibilities
* Processing and authorising purchase invoices, credit notes, and payments
* Placing purchase orders and maintaining supplier records
* Keeping daily bank records up to date and completing monthly reconciliations
* Reconciling supplier statements and direct debit requests
* Recording, reconciling, and paying staff expenses
* Managing and balancing petty cash
* Supporting credit control through emails and calls with customers and suppliers
Skills and Qualifications
* Some accounting knowledge (experience or study, e.g. AAT, is an advantage)
* Great attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive, organised, and keen to develop your finance career
