As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support pupils and teachers in creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and personal growth. Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA): Support students individually and in small groups across different age ranges. Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and student engagement. Promote positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment. Help monitor pupil progress and report observations to teaching staff. Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs. TA Skills & Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people in education or care settings as a Teaching Assistant or similar. CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching Assistance or Childcare is desirable. Students or graduates in Education, Psychology, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills and a patient, flexible approach. Ability to work effectively within a team.
