We are an innovative Arabian beauty house renowned across the Middle East for our vibrant, high-performance makeup line inspired by rich regional heritage. As we expand into Europe’s fastest-growing prestige cosmetics market, we’re seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead our UK launch and establish our brand as a must-have for consumers who value both luxury and authenticity.
Role Overview
As Brand Manager, you will be the owner of our UK market entry—from go-to-market strategy through post-launch analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our Arabian-inspired makeup collections resonate with UK consumers and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
Market Entry Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive UK launch plan, including positioning, pricing, distribution, and promotion.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target segments, competitive landscape, and regional beauty trends.
Brand Positioning & Messaging
- Craft brand narrative and key messages that balance Middle Eastern heritage with UK consumer aspirations.
- Oversee development of brand assets (packaging copy, POS materials, digital content).
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and manage offline and online campaigns (PR, influencers, social media, e-commerce, events).
- Partner with UK-based agencies and influencers to drive awareness and engagement.
Trade & Retail Partnerships
- Secure listings with premium department stores, boutiques, and online platforms.
- Develop trade presentations, training materials, and sell-in support for retail partners.
Product Training & Education
- Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs for in-store beauty advisors and sales teams.
- Create engaging training collateral: digital modules, demo guides, tester scripts, and quick-reference tip cards.
- Schedule and host regular workshops, webinars, and 'train-the-trainer' sessions to ensure retail staff mastery of product benefits, application techniques, and brand story.
Inventory Management & Supply Chain Coordination
- Partner with supply chain and logistics to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and plan replenishment to avoid stockouts or over-stock.
- Monitor inventory performance (turn rates, sell-through) and adjust ordering cadence.
- Implement inventory tracking tools and communicate real-time stock status to sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Budget & P&L Management
- Own brand P&L for the UK business unit; monitor spend vs. ROI.
- Report on key KPIs (sales, market share, brand awareness) and recommend optimizations.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Liaise with product development to adapt formulations, shades, or packaging for local regulations and preferences.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely product availability and efficient inventory flows.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Industry Experience
- Minimum 4–6 years in beauty/makeup marketing and brand management.
Proven Track Record in UK Retail Launches
End-to-End Launch Management:
- Led brands from planning through shelf-ready rollout, coordinating merchandising, logistics, marketing and sales to hit launch dates.
Offline Retail Expertise:
- Secured and managed listings with Selfridges, Harrods, Boots, Superdrug; negotiated margins, promotional support, EAN/UPC compliance, and in-store activations with staff training programs.
- Launched on Lookfantastic, Cult Beauty, Feelunique, Amazon UK; managed SEO-optimized copy, A+ content, UX enhancements, and on-site promotions.
- Blended offline and online tactics (influencer seeding, live tutorials, pop-ups) for unified launch narratives.
- Set clear omnichannel KPIs and delivered post-launch performance reports with actionable optimizations.
Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration
- Partnered with retail buyers, category managers, and agencies to align on goals, forecast demand, and resolve supply-chain bottlenecks.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills—comfortable using market data and consumer insights to drive decisions.
- Excellent project management: able to juggle multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative leadership style, experienced in cross-border stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- BA/MA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally to our Middle East HQ.

- Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus
- Professional development opportunities and mentorship
- Dynamic, inclusive culture celebrating multicultural creativity
