Corporate Associate / Senior Associate – (4–7 PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented corporate lawyer to join a highly regarded and market-leading corporate finance team in Scotland.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality domestic and cross-border transactions, advising an impressive client base including listed and private companies, institutional investors and high-growth businesses across the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload spanning M&A, investments, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters, with particular exposure to sectors including energy, technology, life sciences and food & drink.
You will work closely alongside specialists across banking, commercial, intellectual property, real estate and share schemes, providing a genuinely collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment.
The Candidate
Applicants should:
* Be qualified in Scotland or another UK jurisdiction
* Have between 4–7 years’ PQE
* Possess strong corporate transactional experience gained within a recognised corporate practice
* Demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
* Be confident managing client relationships and working as part of a collaborative team
