The Role
Sofina Foods is looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to support the efficient movement, storage, and rotation of goods within our warehouse. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for accepting inbound goods, maintaining accurate stock levels, and operating material handling equipment.
If you’re proactive, organised, and experienced with mechanical handling equipment, this is a fantastic opportunity to thrive within a well-established and supportive team.
The hours of work for this role are 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off
Your Key Responsibilities
* Receiving and verifying incoming goods
* Ensuring stock is stored accurately and rotated properly
* Operating mechanical handling equipment, including Reach and Counterbalance trucks
* Maintaining clean and safe work areas in line with health & safety standards
The Ideal Candidate
* A full UK driving licence
* Reach truck licence is essential
* Counterbalance truck licence is desirable
* A strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Team spirit and a proactive work ethic
