Quality & Compliance Training Manager
Salary - £40,000 - £42,500 per year DoE
37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Norse Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Quality & Compliance Training Manager to join the Learning & Development Team.
The role
Managing a team of Training Specialists & Coordinators, you will ensure the team delivers innovative and tailored training solutions to maintain quality & compliance across the Group, through forward planning and development of annual training plans aligned with business area requirements.
Main Responsibilities will include:
* Contributing to the development of the L&D Group Strategy and supporting its implementation across the business
* Managing external approvals, accreditations, and awarding bodies for training delivery, ensuring compliance, including sourcing external providers as needed
* Translating ISO 9001 requirements into practical policies and procedures for rollout across the Group
* Implementing methods to monitor and control the quality and effectiveness of training, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards
* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive training records centrally and within business areas
* Developing Training Specialists through ongoing professional development and project allocation
Our Successful Candidate:
* Extensive experience in a similar Quality & Compliance role within Learning & Development
* Experience managing and developing a team, including upskilling and delegation
* Proficiency in managing quality assurance systems and creating effective solutions
* Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance Qualification and Project Management Qualification or equivalent, or significant related knowledge
* Deep understanding of the Training Cycle and associated Learning & Development methodologies
* Full UK Driving Licence for travel requirements
