Overview
We're working with an established international manufacturer and distributor that's highly regarded within the industrial and technical sectors for its innovative and sustainable solutions. This is a business with a collaborative culture and a supportive approach to development, working from its Northampton base with a hybrid set-up.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver an integrated marketing plan aligned to business growth objectives
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
* Manage the creation of marketing materials and digital content
* Oversee SEO, PPC, email and social activity ensuring campaigns drive measurable results
* Coordinate PR, trade press features and technical content such as case studies and white papers
* Lead on trade show planning and attendance (typically 3-5 per year)
* Support product launches with engaging content and collateral
* Measure campaign performance and report on ROI
Your background
* Proven experience in a standalone or small team marketing role
* Background in B2B or distribution environments, ideally within technical or manufacturing sectors
* Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the confidence to set direction and make decisions
* Excellent written communication and content creation skills
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and working collaboratively with other departments
* Full UK driving licence required due to occasional travel for trade events
