Responsibilities:
1. Act as a visual deterrent on the shop floor
2. Safely detain offenders following H&S training
3. Utilize store security systems, including CCTV and EAS gates
4. Collaborate with covert security operatives
5. Investigate losses and support inquiries about known offenders
6. Complete accurate incident reports and company documentation
7. Report crime incidents using a company-provided tablet
8. Conduct routine patrols to ensure customer safety
9. Record patrols in daily activity sheets
10. Provide security updates during store briefings
11. Conduct shift handovers to ensure service continuity
12. Maintain a safe and secure environment for all
Door Supervision or Security Guarding License, and five-year checkable employment history or evidence of any unemployment, self-employment, or education periods.
Desirable Experience:
* Previous experience in a retail security role

Pay: £12.40 per hour
Shifts: Day shifts only (up to 9 hours between 8am - 8pm Mon-Sat, 10am-4pm on Sundays)
